Steamed Sea Cucumber Fish

Clean up the sea cucumber grouper.

Blanch it in hot water for 5 minutes to remove the stone scales on the surface.

Tips:
1. There is no steamed fish soy sauce, so light soy sauce or oyster sauce, salt, sugar, etc. can also be used.
2. In general, the overflowing soup of steamed fish has a strong fishy smell, so it is better not to use it.
