Steamed Tofu with Green Beans

Ingredients: 30g cooked green peas, 250g soft tofu, 1 salty protein, 25ml water, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch

Rinse the tofu with water, pound it, and filter out the excess water.

Add pepper and starch to egg whites and beat evenly.

Add water and stir well.

Pour into the tofu.

Mix well.

Put it into the oiled pan and smooth the surface.

Sprinkle green beans on the surface.

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam on high heat for 8 minutes.

Out of the pot.

Pour soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper on the surface, and serve while hot.
Tips:
If the water is replaced with chicken soup, the taste will be more delicious.
For peas, raw beans can also be used directly.
Seasoning can be adjusted according to your taste and preference.
