Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Main ingredients: medium tofu 400g, pork tenderloin 150g, mustard 50g; accessories: light soy sauce 10ml, oyster sauce 8g, green onion ginger each 10g, salt 2g.

Marinate the meat stuffing with cooking wine 🍶, oyster sauce and starch for 20 minutes⏰. Cut the mustard tuber into pieces.

Cut the tofu into 4cm small pieces and put them in the steaming bowl. Sprinkle with chopped mustard.

Pour oil in the pot, pour in the marinated diced meat and stir fry. Pour in dark soy sauce and sugar for color and taste.

Pour the fried minced meat on the tofu together with the soup.

Put it in the Fangtai steaming box and select the normal steaming mode -100℃🌡️ for 8 minutes. Just remove and sprinkle the chives.
