Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Marinate the minced meat with cooking wine, oyster sauce and starch for 20 minutes.

Chopped mustard tuber.

Cut the tofu into 4cm small pieces and put them in a steaming bowl. Sprinkle with chopped mustard.

Pour oil in the pot, pour in the marinated diced meat and stir fry. Pour in dark soy sauce and sugar for color and taste.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped mustard.
6.
Pour the fried minced meat on the tofu together with the soup.
7.
Put on the steaming tray, 100 degrees, 8 minutes. Remove and sprinkle chives.
