Steamed Wolf Peach Ears
1.
Wash the wolf peach ears with water several times
2.
Remove the moisture on the surface to control the drying. If there is a vegetable dehydrator, you can quickly take off the water, if not, let it dry for a while.
3.
Control the water and mix well with oil first, so that the moisture can be locked, and it won’t stick after steaming.
4.
Season with salt and five-spice powder
5.
Add flour and cornmeal
6.
Mix evenly, just dip a thin layer of flour on the surface
7.
Steam in a water basket for 8 minutes
8.
It can be eaten directly after it is steamed, or you can add chili oil or mashed garlic.
Tips:
After washing the wolf peach ears, you must control the water, otherwise the water will be too much and it will be easy to stick.
