Steamed Yellow Sand Clam with Perilla

The yellow sand clams bought back are kept in clean water for one day, let them spit out mud and sand impurities, it is best to scrub and change the water twice in the middle.

Raise the washed yellow sand clams, drain the water and enlarge them into a pan, add salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and mix well

In order to take care of the spicy and non-spicy food in my house, I just sprinkle the chili aside and add oil

Steam in a pot with water

Steamed for about 12 minutes, you can see that the yellow sand clams are fully cooked and steamed for 2 minutes.

Tips:
You must use a large plate for steaming yellow sand clams. Try to keep the yellow sand clams flat on the bottom of the plate instead of stacking them up.
