Stewed Beef

Put the beef shank in cooking wine, salt, pepper, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit, and sana, and marinate for half an hour.

Put the marinated beef with marinated ingredients into a casserole and add soy sauce.

Set the casserole on fire and light it.

After the water is boiled, skim off the foam and simmer for 2 hours.
