Stewed Chicken Nuggets with Matsutake

Prepare the ingredients: clean the fresh chicken for later use.

Pat a little ginger and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the ginger cubes, and fry the chicken cubes until the color changes.

Pour in the right amount of cooking wine and simmer for ten minutes to remove the fishy smell and increase the freshness (this step is very important!).

Add the right amount of hot water and salt and simmer for about 20 minutes.

When using the first braised chicken, wash the matsutake and cut into thin slices for later use.

When the chicken nuggets are almost simmered, add matsutake and simmer for about 15 minutes.
8.
When the soup is almost dry, the chicken nuggets are crispy and the matsutake is fully cooked.

Out of the pot and plate, the finished product.
