A free-range chicken sent by a friend was used to stew chicken soup. The soup was golden and oily and delicious.

Stewed Chicken Soup

1. A free-range chicken.

2. Pot of cold water.

3. Bleeding foam.

4. Put the chicken in a pressure cooker, add green onion and ginger, and simmer for 25 minutes.

5. Stew until the chicken is soft and rotten.
