Stewed Chicken with Straw Mushrooms

Let the seller kill the grass chicken and wash it.

Wash and slice straw mushrooms for later use.

Chop the chicken into large pieces, boil the water and scald it to remove it.

Put the chicken nuggets into the pressure cooker

Put ginger, green onion knot, cooking wine, cook until the top of the air valve, turn off the heat.

Take the casserole, pour the chicken soup in the pressure cooker, and low heat for 30 minutes.

Add straw mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.

Add some salt and cook for 1 minute, sprinkle some chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Because I am worried that it will not be too late, I put it in a pressure cooker and cook it in a casserole if I have plenty of time.
2. Put as little seasoning as possible.
3. Add enough water at once.
4. Skim the chicken fat when eating.
