Stewed Chicken with Yellow Mushroom

Wash the yellow mushrooms and soak softly.

Cut the whole chicken into pieces and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the chicken pieces, and stir fry until the chicken is oily.

Add the shallots and ginger slices, and continue to stir fry the white wine until the aroma is released.

Add white sugar and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add soy sauce and Meijixian, stir fry for one minute.

Add water, star anise, five-spice powder, salt, and stir well.

Cover high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the soaked yellow mushrooms and stir well.

Cover and simmer for another 30 minutes, sprinkle a little parsley and turn off the heat before serving.
Tips:
1. Appropriate addition of white wine when frying chicken can make the stewed chicken more flavorful.
2. Don't add MSG.
