Stewed Fish Tail with Papaya

Wash fish tails.

Cut papaya into large pieces.
3.
Pick up the frying pan and fry the fish on both sides.

Pour in water and boil.

Transfer to a soup pot, add papaya, red dates, wolfberry, and two slices of ginger to a simmer.
