Braised with Water

The fish tail is cleaned up and set aside.

Add water and ginger slices to the pot and bring to a boil.

Put the fish tails in, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes (turn over in the meantime).

Remove the cooked fish tails and place them in a dish.
5.
Use soy sauce, water, and starch to make gorgon juice.
6.
Pour into the pot and stir constantly with a spatula until it becomes a uniform and thick gorgon juice.
7.
Pour the gorgon juice on the surface of the fish tail.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and finish.
