Stewed Pear with Rock Sugar Chuanbei

Peel the pear, cut off the lid, dig out the core of the pear, and place it in a small bowl.

Crush the Chuanbei with a rolling pin into powder.

Put Chuanbei powder and rock sugar in the middle of the pears. If you use pears with less water, you can add a small amount of water.

Put it in a steamer, bring the water to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and steam for about 50 minutes.
