Stir-fried Beetroot with Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredients: red cabbage core.

Fresh mushrooms.

Wash the red cabbage cores and remove them.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Wash the fresh mushrooms with running water.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut beetroot cores and stir fry.
