Stir-fried Belly

Heat less oil in the pan.

Scallions and ginger until fragrant.

Stir-fry the cooked belly for three minutes, then add the chopped coriander, stir-fry for one minute, add a little salt and chicken essence, turn off the heat and transfer to the plate.
Tips:
Stir-frying should be big and the time should be short.
