Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with White Mushroom

Dried white mushrooms are soaked in cold water.

After soaking, grind it into a boiling pot and cook for 10 minutes, then remove and drain the water.

Wash the bitter gourd.

Bitter gourd to the flesh.

Cut the bitter gourd into slices.
6.
Bitter melon is blanched in light oil brine and then removed and drained.

From the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir fry the white mushrooms.

Stir-fry with sugar and boil for a while.
9.
Stir the bitter gourd in the pot.
10.
Stir-fry with salt.

Stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat, serve and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Bitter melon is blanched with light oil brine to reduce nutrient loss.
2. White mushrooms are very fragrant, so there is no need to add a variety of condiments to this dish.
3. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
