Stir-fried Loofah with White Mushrooms

Dried white mushrooms are soaked in cold water.

Wash the loofah.
3.
Cut the loofah into slices.
4.
The loofah is blanched in light oil brine and then removed and drained.
5.
Put the soaked white mill into a boiling pot and boil for 10 minutes, then remove and drain the water.

From the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir fry the white mushrooms.
7.
Stir-fry with sugar and boil for a while.
8.
Fry the loofah in the pan.
9.
Stir-fry with salt.
10.
Stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat, serve and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Boil the loofah with light oil brine to reduce nutrient loss.
2. White mushrooms are very fragrant, so there is no need to add a variety of condiments to this dish.
3. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
