Stir-fried Cabbage with Red Sausage

Prepare raw materials;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the red sausage and stir fry;

Stir-fry a few times and then add garlic slices and red pepper to stir fry;

After sauteing, add red cabbage stalks and stir fry;

Stir-fry until the cabbage 8th or 9th are mature, add salt to the seasoning, stir-fry evenly and then serve on the plate.

Tips:
1. The red sausage is slightly sautéed with oil and the taste is more fragrant; 2. The stalk of the vegetable stalk is too thick, first cut it in half with a knife, so that the maturity will be consistent.
