Stir-fried Chayote Seedlings
1.
Pick the old stems of the chayote seedlings and clean them.
2.
Cut it up and set aside. It's better to use cut, because she has a lot of curly "hands", and the pinch is a lot of entanglement, and the stir-fry is even more entangled.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute.
4.
Pour the chayote seedlings and stir fry quickly.
5.
Add salt and stir well. Just see that it turns into a different green color.
6.
After the pan is out, check that there is still some water underneath. So there is a big fire throughout the whole process, so don't worry about getting confused.
7.
Serve and eat.
Tips:
Stir fry quickly throughout the fire, and fry until the color becomes different from the original. It only takes a minute or two. I haven't tried what happens after a long time.
