Chayote Seedlings in Garlic Oil

The ingredients are very simple, they are chayote seedlings and garlic

Remove the old stems of the melon seedlings, wash them, add a little oil and salt after boiling the water in the pot, pour the melon seedlings, scald them, and scoop them up.
