Stir-fried Chicken Curry

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces

Prepare sliced ginger, chopped green onion and curry powder

Add ginger slices and curry powder in a hot pan with warm oil until fragrant

Pour in the chicken nuggets and stir fry until they are all covered with curry sauce, then add salt

Pour the cooking wine

Add boiling water

Tips:
1. The curry powder is composed of a lot of spices, so there is no need to add any spices for seasoning.
2. The chicken has the original umami taste, it tastes better without chicken essence
