Stir-fried Chicken Steak with Pepper

Marinated chicken steak.

Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot and fry the chicken over a medium-to-small fire.

Fry until golden on both sides and turn off the heat.

Cut the fried chicken chop into small pieces.

Heat the oil in the bottom of the pot, stir-fry the green and red peppers, pepper, and garlic slices until fragrant.

Stir the chicken quickly, sprinkle with cumin powder and serve on a plate.
