Stir-fried Clams
1.
Cut the shallots and garlic
2.
Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic to fragrant
3.
Stir fry clams below, over fire
4.
When it's a little bit open, add a little cooking wine, salt, vinegar and some water
5.
When it is basically open, turn off the heat and add the shallots
Tips:
Move fast, just open it.
