Stir-fried Clams with Ginger and Green Onion

1. Wash the clams after spitting sand.

2. Cut the ginger onions.

3. Put the oil in the pot and add the ginger onions.

4. Join clams.

5. Add cooking wine, salt and water.

6. Cook until the clams are cooked.

7. Plate.
