Stir-fried Double Beans with Green Peppers

Main and auxiliary materials: green peppers, pig ears beans, donkey ears beans

Wash the lentils and cut them into pieces. Slice green pepper and chop green onion.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, a little salt, and blanch the lentils. Blanch the lentils well. Remove the cold water.

Tips:
Because the time for frying is relatively short, the lentils must be blanched before use.
