Stir-fried Emperor Dishes

Wash the emperor's vegetables and drain the water. Cut the stem to half the length of your finger (it's a bit old there) and cut into four sections (leaves separate from the front stem).

Wash the meat and cut into thin slices.

Start the pot and stir-fry the meat to get the oil, add the garlic and stir fry the stalks, stir-fry the half-cooked stalks. Now a small amount of salt (the child’s dad taught me that the stalks are crisper). Fry the seasoning, stir well, turn off the heat and serve.
