Stir Fried Flower Crab

The fresh crabs are slaughtered and processed, washed and set aside. (Can be handed over to the seller)

Cut the red pepper into thin strips, the ginger into thin strips, and the green onion into small pieces diagonally.

Yangjiang tempeh. (No other black tempeh can be used)

Heat oil in a pan, add green onions, red pepper and ginger until fragrant.

Add the tempeh.

Stir fry for a fragrance.

Pour in the crab and stir fry.

Pour the cooking wine.
9.
Pour in the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. (Fry for about two minutes and turn off the heat)
10.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
No need to add additional salt, just seasoning soy sauce.
