Stir-fried Fresh Scallops

Prepare the ingredients, soak the dried fungus and shiitake mushrooms and drain, dice the red and green peppers and shiitake mushrooms, and wash the fresh shells.

Heat the pan and pour the oil, add the ginger and spring onion to fragrant.

Pour black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, red and green peppers and stir fry.

Stir-fry for two minutes and pour in the fresh shells.

Stir-fry evenly and pour the cooking wine.

Stir-fry for a minute and then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
7.
Stir-fry for another half a minute, add the adjusted starch water to thicken, and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Serve on the plate, fragrant and smooth.
Tips:
Fresh shells are easy to cook and do not need to be stir-fried for too long.
