Fresh Shell and Winter Melon Soup

Pour the white wine, starch, and salt into the bedding, and scoop out the winter melon meat with a spoon.

Boil the water and pour the winter melon balls into the blanching water. After blanching, take a shower and cool to remove the taste.

Pour a little oil in the pot, saute the green onion and ginger, add the winter melon balls and fry them. After frying, pour into another pot, add half a pot of water, and simmer the winter melon.
