Stir-fried Lamb

Pour olive oil in a hot pan to fry the green onions until they are fragrant and set aside.

Stir-fry the red peppers and drain the water for later use.

Pour olive oil into the pot and put ginger on it.

Pour the lamb and stir fry.

Add a little cumin powder and pepper oil.

If you like it spicy, put a little chili sauce.

Stir-fry until the water is dry. Pour the red pepper and green onion and fry together.
