Stir-fried Lettuce
1.
The head lettuce I bought looks very fresh.
2.
Break the pieces off, soak them in light salt water, rinse them and tear them into small pieces. Be sure to wash them before cutting them to prevent residual pesticides from infiltrating into the texture.
3.
Boil the soup pot with water, add a few drops of oil, add a little salt, add the lettuce torn into small pieces, add the lettuce and boil it again, don’t cook it for too long, or it will be too squishy and lose its crispness Tender taste. Remove the blanched lettuce and put it on a plate for later use.
4.
Put a little oil in the wok, add minced garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance. Then make a sauce, put all the seasonings in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water and stir well.
5.
Pour the prepared juice into the pot and boil it again until it is slightly viscous. The juice should not be too thick, and it should flow easily and hang on the lettuce leaves. Add a few goji berries to garnish.
6.
Just pour the boiled juice on top of the lettuce on the plate. Isn’t it simple, you’ll fall in love with it once you eat it.
Tips:
1. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and then tear them into small pieces to prevent residual pesticides from infiltrating into the leaves.
2. Be sure not to cook for too long when blanching the water, just keep the crispy and tender taste after it is broken.
3. The thickness of the sauce should be moderate, too thick will affect the taste, too thin to wrap on the leaves.
