Stir-fried Mountain Fern with Garlic

Prepare soft boiled mountain fern, garlic,

Chili shreds.

Burn oil, add chili and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Put in the fern and stir well,

Put some salt, top with soy sauce and stir fry for a good taste,

Stir well,

Add some water or stock and cook for five minutes.

Boil soft.

Put some MSG when out of the pan, and put some oily chili in a more spicy version.
