Stir-fried Noodles with Sour Cabbage

Shred the sauerkraut, chop the coriander, tear small pieces of the noodles into the water, and set aside in cold water.

Put the sour cabbage in a pot with hot oil.
3.
Add the noodles and stir fry for 3 minutes, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.
4.
Add coriander and stir well.
5.
Out of the pot, serving on a plate.
