Sauerkraut Stewed Yellow Croaker

Scrape the scales and gills of the small yellow croaker, remove the black film in the abdomen, clean it, puff it with flour, pick up the fish and shake off the excess flour;

Scallion slices, ginger slices, garlic slices;

Cabbage sauerkraut, stewed yellow croaker with it can also remove fishy and add freshness;

Pour a proper amount of oil in a frying pan. When the oil temperature reaches 80% hot, put the floured yellow croaker in the pan, and turn over after the bottom is fried; sprinkle the green onion, ginger, and garlic on the gap;

Tips:
1. When frying fish, you can use ordinary flour. If there is water on the fish, just pour the flour directly on it to have a light layer;
2. Be patient when frying fish, don't turn over in a hurry;
