Stir-fried Octopus with Garlic Moss

Five slices of ginger, two cloves of garlic, sliced and set aside.

The octopus must be washed, and the black film on it must be removed.

Cut the garlic moss into small pieces of about 3 cm.

Boil the garlic moss first by boiling water in a pot.

Drain the garlic moss and serve on a plate.

Then put the octopus in boiling water and blanch it for 15 seconds to remove and drain it to prevent water from escaping during stir-frying.

Drained octopus whiskers.

Add rapeseed oil in a hot pan, add ginger, garlic and dried red pepper until fragrant.

The octopus must be sautéed first, stir more, stir fry evenly, and season with a little oyster sauce.

Pour in the garlic moss and stir fry, add a little salt, not too much, the octopus should be salty.
11.
Stir fry quickly and evenly, then it can be out of the pan and put on the plate.
Tips:
The squid body is cut with a knife, and the same method can be used to make this dish.
