Stir-fried Octopus with Chili Pepper

Ingredients: Thousand sheets (already cut), hot peppers (washed and cut), octopus whiskers (washed and blanched)

Place the cut thousand sheets in a pot of clean water, blanch them, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the cut peppers and stir fry.

Then, combine the blanched thousand sheets and the octopus and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
6.
Add the right amount of sugar.
7.
Add the right amount of salt.
8.
Saute and stir well, serve.
Tips:
When blanching the octopus, add some cooking wine. . .
