Stir-fried Porcini Mushrooms with Green Peppers

Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in water for two hours in advance, and then wash off the sediment.

Change the washed porcini mushrooms to a knife to make it the same size.

Cut the washed chili into small circles with an oblique knife, peel the garlic and slice it.

Boil the porcini mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for half a minute and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the garlic slices and stir up the aroma.

Add the green peppers and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add the boiled porcini mushrooms and stir-fry for a while.

Season with appropriate amount of salt and serve on the plate.
