Stir-fried Pork Belly Shreds with Green Pepper

Wash the raw pork belly with salt and cornstarch several times. I put the pork belly on my hand like a glove. Then heat the pot, and the pork belly is cleaned by sliding it in the pot once. The cleaned pork belly is blanched in water, and the brine is added to the pot and boiled for 40 minutes, then removed and shredded for later use.

Wash and shred the green peppers for later use.

In a frying pan, sauté the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Then add pork belly shreds and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine and half a spoon of soy sauce to taste, then add chili and stir fry.

Turn it over for about two minutes and add a spoonful of chopped chili to enhance the flavor, or not add it.

Add light soy sauce and seasoning and it will be out of the pot, and another homemade meal.
Tips:
The braised pork belly is salty, and the seasoning is added during the frying process without adding salt.
