Stir-fried Pork Belly with Jackfruit

Wash pork belly and blanch for 1 minute.

Put pepper, ginger, green onion, and salt in a pressure cooker and press for 20 minutes.

The jackfruit is pitted and sliced, and the pepper and onion are cut into pieces.

Take out the pork belly and cut into pieces.

Add oil in a hot pan, stir-fry pork belly, add bell pepper, red pepper and onion and stir fry.

Add a small amount of water and seasonings, simmer and thicken.

Add jackfruit and stir well.
Tips:
Pork belly should be appropriately pressed according to the size, and the pressure cooker should be used carefully;
Finally, add clean water and not add too much, because white vinegar, sugar, tomato juice and soy juice all have water content;
Pay attention to the jackfruit fried pork belly. The jackfruit should be put down at the end. When you put it down, you can fry it and take it out. Avoid cooking for too long to avoid losing the taste.
