Jackfruit Bun

Dig the core inside the jackfruit

Then chop the jackfruit, add a small amount of sugar and set aside

The yeast is dissolved in warm water and then poured into the flour

Crumpled up

Reminder: adding salt can make the yeast perform better and make the dough better.
