In the season of jackfruit, one jackfruit can't be eaten completely. You can try new ways to eat it.

Jackfruit Bun

1. Dig the core inside the jackfruit

2. Then chop the jackfruit, add a small amount of sugar and set aside

3. The yeast is dissolved in warm water and then poured into the flour

4. Crumpled up

5. Use a knife to cut the dough into a similar size

6. Knead the dough into a pie shape and wrap the jackfruit filling in

7. Make the bun as shown in the picture

8. Steam in the basket for about 40 minutes

Tips:

Reminder: adding salt can make the yeast perform better and make the dough better.
