Stir-fried Pork Tenderloin with Pleurotus

All ingredients are ready.

Wash the tenderloin and cut into shreds.

Add the shredded pork with cooking wine, light soy sauce, vinegar (a small amount), and egg white, marinate for 20 minutes.

Soak celery in light salt water for 10 minutes to remove impurities and pesticide residues.

Tips:
1. The nutritional value of celery leaves is better than that of celery stalks. Don't throw away celery leaves when you eat celery.
