Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

Wash the garlic sprouts, cut into small sections with an oblique knife, and separate the white garlic from the garlic leaves.

Thinly sliced roast pork

Put a little oil in the pan to heat up, put the roasted meat in and stir out the oil.

Add garlic white and fry until it becomes slightly soft.

Add garlic leaves and stir well.
