The crispy roasted pork leftovers from yesterday’s reunion dinner won’t be crispy for one night. Today I fry garlic sprouts and it’s another delicious dish. The leftovers are crazy too 😄"

Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

1. Wash the garlic sprouts, cut into small sections with an oblique knife, and separate the white garlic from the garlic leaves.

2. Thinly sliced roast pork

3. Put a little oil in the pan to heat up, put the roasted meat in and stir out the oil.

4. Add garlic white and fry until it becomes slightly soft.

5. Add garlic leaves and stir well.

6. When the garlic leaves turn emerald green, add the fresh soy sauce and sugar and stir well. (The roasted meat itself is salty, so the soy sauce should be used as appropriate.)

7. The leftover meat instantly becomes delicious.
