Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper and Morels

1. The bagged pine board meat I bought has been marinated

2. After taking it out of the pocket, use a kitchen towel to soak up the moisture

3. Boil the frying pan to about 180 degrees and add the pork

4. Fry until the surface turns yellow, remove the surface oil with a kitchen paper towel

5. Take half and cut into slices

6. Soak the morel mushrooms in advance, wash and cut into small pieces, and cut the green pepper into pieces

7. Stir the garlic cloves in another frying pan

8. First add green pepper and morel mushrooms and stir fry

9. Add the deep-fried pine board meat and stir well

10. Add some cooking wine and light soy sauce

11. Loading

Tips:

Because my pine board meat is marinated, I added cooking wine and light soy sauce to the whole dish, but nothing else
