Stir-fried Radish Seedlings

Wash the radish sprouts and pinch off the roots.

Peel the garlic and cut into garlic cloves.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the garlic.

Stir the radish seedlings over high heat, add salt and stir evenly.
