Stir-fried Ribs with Tomato Sauce and Cauliflower
1.
Ingredients: 300 grams of soft row of cauliflower, appropriate amount of tomatoes, half a garlic clove, 2 seasonings: salt, pepper powder, pepper powder, sugar, chicken essence, a few drops of sesame oil, and a few drops of sesame oil to make this dish. Cut into small pieces with a sharp knife.
2.
Put it in a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, pepper, sugar, chicken essence, cooking wine, a few drops of sesame oil, and garlic clove to marinate it for flavor. I marinated it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
3.
Heat the pan with oil, then put the marinated ribs in a medium heat and fry them until they are crispy and golden, then they can be served and drained for later use.
4.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Soak the cauliflower in light salt water for half an hour and break them into small flowers.
5.
Wash the pot, add a little oil again, add garlic and tomatoes, and stir fry the cauliflower over medium heat. Add a little salt in the middle, and stir fry to see if the cauliflower is almost cooked. It is easy to be familiar, so this process will not take too long).
6.
Then put the fried pork ribs in, spray a little cooking wine and stir fry for a few times to make it delicious.
7.
The fragrant dishes are served, the tomatoes are greasy, the cauliflower is refreshing, and the ribs are not greasy at all. Children will eat them every time they see it.
Tips:
Try not to use light soy sauce when marinating the pork ribs to be fried, otherwise the color will be too dark and affect the appearance. When frying, put it in the hot pan at about 60%, and then fry it over a medium-to-small fire.
