Stir-fried Rice Cake with White Rice and Amaranth

Ingredients: white rice amaranth (washed)

Rice cake strips (cut open)

Garlic (sliced)

Boil the rice cake strips in boiling water and remove.
5.
Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add garlic and sauté.
6.
Next, add the cleaned white rice amaranth and stir fry.
7.
Then, add the rice cake strips and stir fry with a little water.
8.
Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.
9.
Saute and stir well, serve.
