Stir-fried White Rice Amaranth with Black Fungus

Ingredients: black fungus (soaked).

White rice amaranth (cleaned).
3.
Minced garlic.
4.
Tear the soaked black fungus into small pieces, wash it, and remove it.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add minced garlic and sauté.

Next, add white rice amaranth and black fungus and stir fry.
7.
Then, add the right amount of salt and the right amount of chicken essence.
8.
Stir-fry well and serve.
