Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Fungus and Pork

Prepare wide rice noodles.

Soak the black fungus in advance.

Wash and shred pork.
4.
Prepare the shredded pork with soy sauce.

Wash the fungus and green garlic, cut them separately and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the pork shreds, smooth and serve.
