Stir-fried Roast Duck with Spring Vegetables

Wash the spring vegetables and cut into sections.
2.
Roast duck a shank, pat the garlic head loose.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, heat the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Add spring vegetable stems and stir fry until soft.
5.
Add spring vegetable leaves and stir fry until soft.
6.
Finally, add the roast duck and its soup and stir fry together. (Roast duck has saltiness, no need to add salt)
